INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT OFFICER
TVET needs to be responsive to rapidly changing student and workforce needs. The training should serve the deserved role of being effective instrument of productivity, skilled work and employment promotion. Industrial attachment gives the TIVET trainers/trainees the opportunity to relate theory with practice. Given the challenges of dynamism of workplaces posed by technological advancement, today’s pre-tertiary technical/vocational training, should have a dual mission of preparing students for ever.
An industrial attachment for Kisiwa TTI cultivate the student’s professionalism, aptitude, attitude and adaptive skills in real-life situations, develop the student’s interpersonal and collaborative skills through working with fellow colleagues, boost the student’s technical competency, prepare the students for ready absorption into the workforce in their aligned industries.
